Fees & FAQ’s

The fee for a 50-minute individual therapy session is $185.

Private pay allows us to focus on your needs and goals without the limitations that can sometimes come with using insurance. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can also provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

Therapy can be a powerful tool for anyone. It doesn't mean you have to be in a crisis or hit rock bottom to reach out.

Many people use therapy to navigate big life transitions, learn new coping strategies, or simply process their thoughts and feelings in a completely non-judgmental space.

To help you take the first step, I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation. This gives us a chance to connect, see if we’re a good fit, and discuss how I can best support you.
